Arsenal 17/5/15

Good 1st half but failed to capitalise on this in front of goal but not unexpected with Rooney out injured. I expect we have seen the last of De Gea (sadly, as clearly our Player of the Season) and Falcao and possibly a few others. At least 4th is secured but a win here could have added some pressure to Arsenal for 3rd and qualification directly into the Champions League without qualifiers.

City 12/4/15

6 wins in a row and a top 4 position looking good. Our 1st home win against them since 2011, fully deserved and arguably should have been more. Blind and Young were magnificent. I hope all of the journalist plaudits don't go to the players heads and they believe the hype being written about them. Now for Chelsea!

Sunderland 28/2/15

Clean sheet, home win with two from Rooney so good in the end but again seemed to make hard work of it. Di Maria deservedly subbed at half time and replaced by Januzaj who made a big difference.

15 branch members took part in a presentation with Bryan Robson before the game to mark the Branch's 40th anniversary.

Spurs 15/3/15

A welcome return to form in particular the 1st half which produced a dominant performance, not seen for a long time. Mata, Fellaini and Rooney were the standout players with Carrick and Herrera looking comfortable again in midfield. Just the right time to bring on the scousers....

Leicester 31/1/15

Good 1st half with 3 goals but then eased off to let Leicester back into it. Should have been a lot more but they seemed content with 3. Good for Falcao and Di Maria and Blind and Van Persie to link up for goals. Will we sign anyone in the last day of the transfer window?? A world class central defender wouldn't go amiss thats for sure.
